Most Exhibitor's indicates the Snow Symposium is one of most productive airports shows they have attended.

We would like to welcome all of you to exhibit at the 44th Annual, which is also an equipment display year. As in 2010, you will have the opportunity to display your equipment as well as have individual booth spaces for those who will not have equipment. The booths and equipment display will be on the upper level of the Buffalo Convention Center as last time.

Attached is the layout of the convention floor from last equipment year. We want to give each previous exhibitor the opportunity to have the same space as last equipment year and ask you to review the layout and the space you were assigned last time and let us know if you will need the same amount of space that is shown on the layout. We would like to accommodate all exhibitors' need for space and therefore ask you to reply at your earliest convenience letting us know if you need as much space as last time, so we can help each one of you be able to display the amount of equipment you would like this year.

The first "Visit with Exhibitors" will be at the "Street Fair" on Sunday April 17th from 1:00-4:00 pm. After the last visit with exhibitors on Wed April 29th, booth breakdown and equipment move out will begin at 11:30 AM. Hotel reservations can be made with the HYATT REGENCY BUFFALO @ 716.855.4943, between 8:00 am-4:00 pm or @ 716.856.1234 after 4:00 pm. Blocks of rooms have been reserved at this hotel and others in the area. In order to get the $115.00 + tax room rate you will need to tell them you are registering for the International Aviation Snow Symposium.

We will be running a continuous video clip during different events and lunches. Please send us your company information, logo, pictures of your product/video of it working on a disk, so we can incorporate them into this continuous running video for more exposure. Each company will be allowed a maximum of 3-minute clips to be inserted. Please send the disk to Tina Harris cynthia_ harris@nfta.com @ Buffalo Niagara International Airport, NFTA/Administrative Offices, 4200 Genesee Street, Buffalo, NY 14225 by March 1, 2011.

We will also have drawings in the conference hall in the afternoons. Please be sure to bring gifts (donated by your company with your company logo on them) for these events.

Every third year of the International Aviation Snow Symposium is designated as "Equipment Year" - one of the Northeast Chapter's premier events.
