To All Exhibitors/Vendors

The Northeast Chapter, American Association of Airport Executives, in cooperation with the City of Buffalo, New York and Buffalo Niagara International Airport are your hosts for this year's International Aviation Snow Symposium.

Audio Visual Advantage is proud to be the selected as the AV/Convention Services Provider for this event for the 18th consecutive year. In order to maximize all Exhibitors/Vendors presence and visibility this year we will be working with Todd Rushing of Sherwin Industries, Inc. to design an Exhibitors/Vendors Promotional Video. This opportunity is available to all Exhibitors/Vendors. The video will be a compilation video and consist of video spot from all participating Exhibitors/Vendors. Each spot will be limited to 30 seconds. If you do not have a video file available - not to worry - we will be able to use your Corporate Logo to create a Logo Slide for you. If you participated in this video last year and wish to leave your promo spot intact, NO ACTION IS REQUIRED. All material for the video must be received by March 26th, 2012 in order to be included.

Visibility - The key to success for any vendor at a Tradeshow or Exhibition is VISIBILITY. During the conference the Grand Ballroom of the Buffalo Convention Center will be used each morning for breakfast and each afternoon for lunch. This is sometimes the only time when all attendees will be gathered in one place simultaneously. To maximize your Product Visibility this video will be shown on two large video screens (7ft x 10 ft) every day during the breakfast and lunch on a continuous loop. It will also be shown on a 50" Plasma Monitor located on the Exhibit Floor for the entire length of the trade show.
