Only 22" by 28" poster board (readily available in most stationery stores) may be used. The board will require no easel or special rigidity as it will be hung on its vertical axis by means of hooks (provided at the conference) along with the other entries against the wall.

Only three things may appear on the poster board:

1. Typed or printed descriptions of the IDEA limited to one page and cannot exceed more than one-half of the poster board surface.
   
   
2. An actual example of the IDEA - said example will be limited to size of not more than two-thirds of the poster board surface. If the example is too heavy or large to be mounted on the poster board, then a photo (or series of photos) again not to exceed two-thirds of the poster board surface, may be submitted.
   
   
3. The identity of the airport centered at top or in right hand top corner, and name of individual (if desired) underneath.

All entries should be delivered to the registration desk by 4:00 PM on Sunday, April 27, 2008. All posters will be available for return after 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 30, 2008 Although attendance at the conference is urged, those who cannot attend may submit entries by contacting: Tom Long, Pittsburgh International Airport at (412) 472-3676.
