General Exhibitor Information

NOTE: 2020 IS A NON-EQUIPMENT YEAR. BULK SPACE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.

Each booth will receive booth (2) complimentary exhibitor personnel registrations that allow access to all general sessions, meals and receptions Sunday evening – Wednesday of the conference. Each booth also includes one standard electric line, a 8ft table, wastebasket and 2 chairs. Additional items must be ordered through the Hale Northeastern at 800.333.HALE (4253).

Double Perimeter Booth, 20x10 w/ 2 Employees: $3,000

ADDITIONAL EXHIBITOR BOOTH PERSONNEL REGISTRATION FEE:
Additional booth personnel, above the complimentary exhibitor registrations, can be purchased for $550 each for full registration or $250 for a single day registration, both before March 27th. Fees increase by $75 after March, 27th. EXHIBITOR WITH NO BOOTH: If your company would like to participate in the NEC/AAAE International Aviation Snow Symposium but chooses not to exhibit, you may register as an ‘Exhibitor with no booth’ for a fee of $1000. Only airports and exhibitor employees may participate in the event. If you do not fit into this category you must register as ‘Exhibitor with No Booth’.
