Submission Instructions:

  • Click the link above to complete a submission form
  • When in the submission form, please upload your video using the link at the bottom of the form, please note a YouTube format is preferred
  • When uploading the video in the link, please add your full name into the name fields as well as your company and email address into the message box provided
  • Videos are to be no longer than 1 minute in length
  • At the opening of the video, please include the name of the piece of equipment and the company submitting the video
